Over the next few short sections, we’ll capture how you build a roof — the materials you use, the way you price, and the details that make an estimate yours. Then we turn that into reusable templates your team can fire out in minutes.
It takes about 20 minutes, and it’s best done by whoever knows your material ordering and roof builds best — usually your production manager. You don’t need to finish in one sitting; your progress saves as you go, so you can stop and pick it back up any time.
We’re starting with a full shingle roof replacement — your bread and butter. Once we’ve got that recipe down, we can build out your other roofing types from it later.
One thing that really helps: if you can, upload two past material orders for whole-roof shingle replacements. Seeing what you actually order on the ground is the fastest way for us to get your template right the first time.
This setup is a series of short sections, not one long page. Here’s how to move through them — especially on your phone.
Tap Sections at the top of the screen to open the full menu. You’ll see every section — About your business, Your standard materials, Job constants, through to Review— each with its own progress, so you always know what’s done and what’s left.
The menu slides out from the left. Tap any section to reopen it and review or change an answer — nothing is locked once you’ve filled it in. Close the menu to carry on where you left off.
When you finish a section, use the button at the bottom to move on to the next one.
